Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) is legally binding between you (“you” and “your”) and A.W Jackson & A.P Jackson trading as APJ Products (“us,” “we” or “our”).

Welcome to APJ Products online store. We ask that you follow our terms and conditions, and that by remaining on the website/using our services, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and have accepted both our terms and conditions and privacy policy. We reserve the right to revise these conditions at any time. When changes are made to our terms and conditions, they will be posted here immediately. SECTION 2: GENERAL CONDITIONS
Products purchased from APJ Products or any other site that APJ Products sells through are NOT for re-sale under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
We do our best to ensure all the information contained on our website is complete, accurate and current. However, despite our best efforts, information provided on the site may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. All specifications, sale dates, prices and descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts at all times to make sure the information provided on our site is as accurate as possible.
SECTION 3: TERMS OF SALE
When placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product supplied by APJ Products. By doing this you are representing that you are the legal age to form a binding contract and representing that the information you have provided relevant to the order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method you provide. The receipt received after placing an order does not confirm our acceptance of an order, and we reserve the right to refuse any order requests made by you.
Prior to our acceptance of your order, further verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt to your order to accept, decline or modify your order after you have received your receipt of confirmation from us, for any reason.
We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered through our website and to refuse service to you without notification. In the event that an item description is wrong, or the item’s listed price is incorrect due to error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed at such price or description, regardless of whether the order is or has been processed. If payment has already been made by you or your account has already been charged, then we will credit to you the exact amount of the incorrect price.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa & Mastercard.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information relevant to your order and that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. You further agree to provide up to date payment information, such as payment method, card details (name on card, card number, expiry date and CVV) and current email address so that we complete your transaction/s and contact you as required. All payments will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at your time of purchase along with any applicable shipping fees. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any such amounts upon placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed through our site. We reserve the right at any time after receipt to your order to accept, decline or modify your order after you have received your receipt of confirmation from us, for any reason. We reserve the right to, in our sole judgement, limit or prohibit any order/s that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Products purchased from APJ Products any other site that APJ Products sells through are NOT for re-sale under any circumstances.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Thank you for visiting and/or shopping with APJ Products. The following information provided constitutes our terms and conditions for our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order/s. Please retain this email as a proof of purchase. All product/s are shipped via Australia Post.
We will endeavor to process your purchase/s of our product/s from our website and have them delivered to your chosen address as quickly as we are able.
Our processing times may vary. This refers to the amount of time it takes us to receive, pick out, package, and ship your order/s. This will take place after your payment is authorized for the correct amount of the product/s purchased as well as shipping costs. All our orders will be processed within 7 working days (working days meaning Monday to Friday). If there are any delays with your purchased product/s processing time, we will endeavor to contact you to clarify the situation.
Some orders may ship within as few as 2 working days, where some orders may take up to the 7-working day limit.
Shipping rates may vary by each individual product advertised on APJ Products website. During the process of placing your order with us, the exact amount of the shipping fee you will be liable for will be shown and added to your total purchase price.
After your item has been posted, it may take to up to 7 working days to be delivered to your chosen address. There may be exception to our delivery time estimates based on location (including, but not limited to, outback and rural) Please consider all these factors when placing your order with us.
At this given time APJ Products ships domestically only (meaning anywhere within Australia). We will be working on making our products available worldwide in the near future. Please contact us with any questions regarding this.
SECTION 6: RETURNS POLICY
Products that have been used void any returns or exchanges. This is in place so you cannot purchase and use any of our products and then return the exact same product once your use is complete.
Products purchased from APJ Products may only be returned if you find the product/s does not match the description provided, the product/s is damaged or if the product/s does not meet your expectation upon arrival. This will result in a full reimbursement of your specific purchase and postage price back into the original payment method. Before this can be complete, the product/s must be returned to APJ Products, where we will also refund the cost of return postage. This is subject to the conditions stated below.
Contact with APJ Products with the intention to return a product/s for a full refund must be made within 20 days of purchase. After 20 days APJ Products will not be required to provide you with a refund or exchange. Changes to this 20-day timeline may be applicable if your purchased product/s from us are delivered on or after the 20th day after your exact date of purchase and you can provide sufficient evidence to support this. Changes to this will not be made under any other circumstances. The word “delivered” being defined as the exact time our product/s is physically given to you or placed at your chosen address or nominated post office/location. If your product/s purchased from us is delivered to a nominated post office (or other location/s) 8 days (for example) after purchase and you neglect to pick up our delivered product/s from the nominated post office or location/s until after the 20th day after purchase, then we will no longer be required to provide an exchange or refund. Please contact us with any questions regarding our Returns Policy.

You may not access or use our site for any purposes other than which we have made the site available for. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors unless they been endorsed or approved by us.
